How It Works

Using the all8series.com Archive service is simple. Just send an email to support@all8series.com from your registered email address to start the archiving process.

I. Upholding Privacy Commitment

Once archived, we'll send you a downloadable zip file via email, containing your data.

As further elaborated in Section VIII, all8series.com will strive to inform customers or partners about any Data Request pertaining to their data, if legally permissible. Each Data Request undergoes legal scrutiny to assess its validity and the requester's legal right to make the demand. all8series.com will challenge requests under applicable laws if inconsistencies are identified. In responding to Data Requests, all8series.com provides the narrowest permissible data set, based on a reasonable interpretation of the request. Requests that are incomplete, overly broad, vague, or unduly burdensome may be rejected.

all8series.com reserves the right to object to Data Requests for any reason. Exceptions can be made in emergency cases where disclosing customer data can prevent imminent harm. In such cases, customers will be notified when legally feasible. Emergency requests are also included in our periodic transparency report.

II. Types of Requests

all8series.com acknowledges the following request categories, each requiring formal legal process:

A. Data Request

A Data Request involves soliciting information tied to an all8series.com customer account within the context of official criminal/administrative inquiries, legal proceedings, or civil litigation. Legal documents like subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, and civil investigative demands can underpin Data Requests.

Such requests may come from government entities or law enforcement ("Government Data Requests") or private entities ("Civil Data Requests").

B. Preservation Request

Preservation Requests entail safeguarding customer account data during an official criminal/administrative inquiry. These requests necessitate specific information, as detailed in Section V. all8series.com generally retains a one-time snapshot of account data specified in Preservation Requests for ninety days, pending formal legal process. Preservation may incur a fee, and data may be deleted after ninety days if no formal Data Request is submitted.

C. Emergency Request

Emergency requests, involving customer data, require the Emergency Data Request Form or a valid court order. These requests are suitable in cases of imminent physical harm or death risk. all8series.com will respond based on the perception of impending harm, often necessitating a court order.

D. Expedited Requests

Upon request and with applicable fees, all8series.com may expedite Data Requests. Each request's expedited handling eligibility will be assessed case by case, factoring in the request's nature and available resources. Expedited processing isn't guaranteed.

III. Submitting a Data Request A. Service of Process by Government Agencies or Law Enforcement

Government Data Requests must be submitted via , providing complete details subpoenarequest@all8series.com. Acceptance of subpoenas, warrants, court orders, etc., is voluntary and subject to change without notice.

B. Service of Process in Civil Matters

Civil matters require service through relevant California state or federal courts, aligning with California laws.

IV. Information to Include in Data Requests

All Data Requests must comprise:
Telephone number or user identification number (UID). Specific date or a concise date range (usually up to 2 months). Data Requests shouldn't infringe on the privacy rights of unrelated customers. For instance, as customers can manage numbers online, data tied to a single number might involve multiple users. Inconsistencies may result in non-disclosure.

Government Data Requests should include details like the agency, agent's name, badge/ID, official email, phone number, mailing address, requested response date, and relevant legal process. Civil Data Requests need details like the requesting party's name, counsel's information, response date, and a copy of the relevant subpoena.

V. Information Available in Response to Data Requests

Government Requests: all8series.com might provide Account Information, Call/Fax/SMS Log Data, or Content of Communications as required by valid Government Requests. Consent or legal obligation governs the sharing of Content of Communications.

Civil Requests: Usually, Content of Communications isn't provided to private litigants. Account Information or Call/Fax/SMS Logs might be shared as appropriate.

VI. Requests from Non-US Authorities

Data Requests from non-US authorities may necessitate a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or similar process.

VII. Limitations on Data Retention

All8series.com safeguards data but usually deletes or de-identifies data within 30-45 days of account closure. Data recovery post-deletion is unlikely.

All8series.com informs customers/partners about Data Requests, unless legally constrained. If prohibited, efforts to invalidate or waive nondisclosure obligations occur.
