Welcome to all8series.com's Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). This AUP outlines the governing the use of all8series.com Services. If you have an Agreement with all8series.com, this AUP is an integral part of your Agreement.

Our AUP is applicable to all all8series.com Services. Please review it carefully to determine if the Services you've purchased have any additional service-specific restrictions.

{All 8 Series}'s Privacy Policy applies to our customers, users of our customers (who use our products or services), users who visit our Website or use our services, applications, or products, and anyone who interacts with us or provides us with information through our Website, applications, or services. We recommend that you read this Privacy Policy document thoroughly to gain a comprehensive understanding. You can also navigate through the different sections using the links provided on the left side.


A. Our Services, which encompass any device, system, network, or account used in connection with all8series.com Services or the all8series.com Network, should not be used to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws and regulations.

  • Partake in resale activities, including selling, sublicensing, assigning, or offering the Service on a service-bureau or time-sharing basis.

  • Use the Services for high-risk situations where service disruption could result in personal injury or death, unless fail-safe alternatives are in place.

  • Infringe upon the rights of all8series.com or others, including intellectual property, privacy, personality, or display/use of all8series.com's marks without consent.

  • Exploit or harm minors by exposing them to inappropriate content or collecting personally identifiable information without parental consent.

  • Transmit harmful material such as viruses, malware, spyware, or any harmful programs.

  • Act in a disruptive, indecent, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent manner, or send phishing or spam content.

  • Mislead recipients about your identity, create a false caller ID, forge addresses or headers, or misrepresent the origin of messages.

  • Harvest information without consent, send bulk communications without consent, or use the Services excessively or in an unauthorized manner.

  • Circumvent compliance, security mechanisms, or limitations of the Services or violate this AUP or any law.

  • Intercept, capture, monitor, modify, decrypt, or redirect communication or data without authorization.

B. In addition to the above, all8series.com MVP Services are intended for regular business use between individuals and not for high-volume commercial messaging or call center calling. These services should not be used to:

  • Perform auto-dialing.

  • Trunk or forward your all8series.com number to handle multiple simultaneous calls or use with PBX or key systems.

  • Use the Services in ways inconsistent with typical human operation, violate SMS/MMS Content Policy, or send voice calls or text messages indicative of phishing or spam.

This list isn't exhaustive. For clarity, "End User" means an individual user of the Services, which could be a natural person, including but not limited to employees, consultants, clients, and agents.

all8series.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate Services if use violates this AUP, without notice. Customers may cancel services within 30 days of purchase for a pro-rata refund, except for Usage fees. All purchases are final after 30 days.
