Our Archive service ensures your data is backed up automatically, providing an easy way to store and retrieve your phone records. This service is available to all8series.com customers in the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.

How It Works

Using the all8series.com Archive service is simple. Just send an email to info@all8series.com from your registered email address to start the archiving process.

Access Made Easy

Once archived, we'll send you a downloadable zip file via email, containing your data.

Managing Your Data

Stay informed about our data retention policy:

Automatic Call Recordings

  • Kept for: 30 days

  • Limit: Up to 10,000 recordings per account

On-Demand Call Recordings

  • Kept for: 30 days

  • Limit: Up to 100 recordings per mailbox/user

Fax/Voicemail

  • Kept for: 7 days

  • Limit: Up to 100 messages per folder
