Service and Termination

The agreement starts when you accept these and stays in place until you or we decide to end it. You are liable for suspension or termination of your access to the services for any reason, with or without notice, especially if you violate these or cause unusual or harmful traffic.

What Happens If We Suspend or Terminate Your Account?

If we cease your account, you’ll still be responsible for any fees or obligations that occurred up to that point. If your account is deferred for more than 30 days, any phone numbers linked will be unrented and won’t be recoverable.

If your account is terminated, you’re still responsible for any fees or penalties related to its use, and your rights under these will end. We may charge your card on file for any outstanding balance.

Downtime and Security

  • Service Interruptions: Your access to All8series Services may be suspended due to unexpected downtime, which can happen because of power outages, system failures, or scheduled maintenance. We can also suspend services for security reasons, such as denial of service attacks, violations of our policies, or legal issues.
  • No Liability: All8series is not responsible for any damage or loss that results from service suspensions. We are not liable if we fail to notify you any downtime.
  • Content Security: You are responsible for securing your content and backing it up. All8series is not liable for unauthorized access, data loss, or any issues that may arise.

Fees

  • Free Services: Free trials are limited to one per person. However, we may suspend multiple accounts.
  • Paid Services: You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our pricing page if you use the paid services. Moreover, fees may change without notice, and your continued use after such change, signifies your agreement to it.
  • Payment : Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. However, the faliure of such payments can incur a penalty of 1.5% per month or more as prescribed by law. Unpaid invoices may lead to service suspension until payment is made.

Voice Call Regulations

Call Restrictions: Calls must meet certain criteria:

  • Abandoned calls (calls not answered) should be less than 20%. Excess calls incur a surcharge of $0.02 per call.
  • Average call duration must exceed 35 seconds. If not, you’ll pay for the difference at $0.02 per minute.
  • Short-duration calls (less than 6 seconds) must be less than 10%, with a surcharge of $0.015 per call for excess.
  • Incomplete calls to toll-free numbers should be under 5%, with a surcharge of $0.10 for excess calls.

Fraud Responsibility: Any charges from fraudulent activity will be your responsibility, and you must cover all related costs.

Account Management

  • Account Creation: You may need to set up an account to access certain features. You consent to provide accurate information and keep it updated. If you provide false information, we can suspend or terminate your account.
  • Promotional Use: By using All8series, you allow us to use your trade names and logos for marketing purposes. We may also request testimonials for our website.
  • Account Security: You are accountable for all activities of your account. Keep your login confidentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Dispute Resolution

  • Fee Disputes: If you have a dispute regarding fees, contact us within 30 days. Refunds will be issued as account credits only, and disputes older than 90 days are not eligible for refunds.

  • External Links: Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. All8series is not responsible for the content or services of these websites, and using them is at your own risk.
  • Confidential Information

    While using All8series services, you may access Confidential Information. Do not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties without written consent from All8series.     Beta Services

    Telephone Number Porting

    You will have access to telephone numbers assigned to you until your with All8series ends. To port a number, you must:

    • Notify All8series in writing within 30 days of intent to terminate.
    • Ensure your new carrier submits a porting request before the notice period ends.
    • Pay all outstanding balances and any processing fees.

    Failure to meet these requirements may prevent porting, and All8series retains the right to reclaim incorrectly ported numbers. All8series is not liable for any issues preventing successful porting.

    Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

    Your use of the website and All8series Cloud is at your own risk; they are provided "AS IS." All8series disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the website or All8series Cloud.

    The maximum liability of All8series for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for any product or service within the previous seven days.
